"I have a copy of this I picked up from a fellow in Toronto back in August 1998. It's basically the artwork from the UK Palatine tape, with no FAC number on it anywhere. The contents of the tape are indeed the MTV program. At the very beginning of the tape there's a static shot of a FAC 339 catalog number as part of an artsy image of sorts. The cover is just a simple thin shiny cardboard sleeve with openings at both ends." - Tom Zimmer
